As a highly experienced programme maker, scripted comedy executive, executive producer, producer, commissioner, and writer, I have been responsible for hundreds of hours of broadcast comedy, comedy drama and entertainment.
I have led the development and delivery of multiple award-winning and highly-rating scripted series for a range of broadcasters, working with many of the most celebrated writers and performers in British comedy.
Most recently I have been the Managing Director of Fremantle's UK Scripted Comedy labels, running a slate combining audience favourites and new developments with fresh and seasoned writers, performers, producers and directors.
I now divide my time between the UK’s two comedy capitals, Edinburgh and London, and my Edinburgh-based production company, NORTH BRIDGE MEDIA, develops and consults on new and existing scripted and hybrid/unscripted IP. I have a particular interest and track record in developing new and emerging talent, especially from the UK Nations and Regions, with a focus on unheard voices and ideas that can travel globally.
